Celery Juice Benefits: Why you should try it in 2020!
This year was a year of renewal for me. Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. By the grace of God, 2019, I quit smoking, drinking and overeating (that’s a totally separate post). As I started valual myself, I decided to eat and drink with purpose: Is this food or drink beneficial for my overall health? Keeping that in mind, I increased my water intake, and mainly ate whole foods. As I was doing my research (thank you Google), I stubble on Celery juice. Which is one of the most alkaline food there is.
